By accessing or using ProveHaul, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
ProveHaul is an operating platform that connects customers (such as public agencies and contractors) with hauling providers, and provides tools to post and accept work, track and verify it, manage documents, approve jobs, and process payments. ProveHaul is not a party to the underlying hauling agreements between organizations.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Owners and administrators are responsible for managing their organization's members and roles.
You agree to use the platform lawfully, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other tenants' data.
Digital tickets, timelines and audit records are designed to be accurate and, once issued, immutable. You are responsible for the accuracy of the operational data you submit.
Where payment features are used, funds are handled through our payment processors. Fees, escrow and payout terms are presented at the point of use. You authorize the processing of payments in connection with your work.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProveHaul is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
