We collect account and organization details, the operational data you enter (jobs, tickets, documents, GPS positions and timestamps captured during work), and standard technical data such as log and device information. Drivers' locations are collected only in connection with active work to produce provable records.
We use information to operate the platform: matching customers with providers, running jobs, producing and verifying tickets, tracking work, processing payments, and providing reports and analytics to the organizations that own the data.
Each organization sees only its own data. Access is enforced by row-level security so one tenant cannot access another tenant's unrelated records. Public ticket verification exposes only non-financial confirmation details.
We share information with the counterparties to a job (for example, a ticket names both the customer and the hauling provider) and with service providers who help us run the platform (such as payment processing). We do not sell personal information.
Operational records — including tickets and their immutable activity timelines — are retained to preserve an auditable history. You may request deletion of your account and associated organization data subject to legal and record-keeping obligations.
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting your data is a core design goal of the platform.
You can access and update your account and organization information in the app, and contact us to exercise data rights available to you under applicable law.
